Dean
Ho
Born & raised in Hawaii, Dean is the Managing Partner of Unison Co. Ltd. He founded Unison in 1985. As one of the first U.S-China joint ventures, Dean was a member of the advisory team that formed 39 joint ventures. Among these
were Eaton Automotive, Donnelly Corporation, Cooper Power Systems, Xerox, & Tenneco Automotive. Dean has been an active member of
the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai, serving as the Chairman of the Manufacturers’ Business Council from 1995 to 1997, Secretary in 1998, and Chairman of its Board of Governors in 1999.
Dean holds a B.S. from Cornell University, a B.A. from University of California at Berkeley, and attended the Adv Management Program of Harvard Business School.

Dashiell Chien
Dashiell Chien is Unison's Venture Partner and one of the Co-founders of Xanadu. During his time as the Global VP & Managing Director at Home Depot China, Dashiell was given extensive operational & strategic responsibilities in establishing market opportunities, building teams, and managing government relations for enterprises entering China.
A native of Shanghai, Dashiell also previously worked in executive positions at Sears, Roebuck, and Company. He currently serves Fortune 500 companies to SMEs looking for capital raising & with the strategic objective of China market entry.
Dashiell graduated with a B.S. from China Normal University.

Chris
Gao
Chris Gao is Unison's Venture Partner and one of Co-founders of Xanadu. His breadth & depth of experience in China includes leading cross functional teams in category management, sourcing, production management and technical market requirements. Chris previously worked in senior managerial positions at the
Home Depot Asia, specializing in
China & emerging market strategy. Born & raised in Shanghai, Chris has leveraged his deep consulting background over the last 20 years that span the sectors of consumer retail,
technology, automotive, and specialty products/services.
Chris graduated with a B.S. & M.S. from Jiaotong
University.
